Call journal

Under the "Calls" tab you can see all calls, missed calls, voicemails and conference calls including date, time and participants. Of course all calls you have had via the Mobile App or AnyDevice are listed here too.

From the journal you can call someone back, set a callback reminder, listen to voicemails or forward a call note to a colleague.

Filter and search functions guarantee maximum overview: filter the entries by conference calls, missed calls or voicemails. Or use the powerful search by name, company, phone numbers or number fragments such as e.g. an area code or an extension.

Chat journal

With XPhone Connect nothing is lost. Your colleague sent you an important link last week? Simply open the chat journal, type their name into the search bar and open the chat history.

Still have questions? You can continue your chat directly from the journal. Any chats you have had via Mobile App or text messaging are always easy to find here too.

Fax journal

In the fax journal, not only will you find all received faxes but also all faxes that you have sent. You can open the faxes directly from the journal with the XPhone Fax Viewer. Thanks to the search and filter function, in the fax journal you can also find desired documents in seconds.
