Manage your devices directly in your Client: on a business trip and working in the hotel? Simply enter the hotel phone number with your room extension in the device management – and immediately you can conveniently control the hotel phone from your PC and use all CTI functions such as consultation, swap hold and forwarding.
If you also activate Follow-Me: all calls received at your office are automatically redirected to the hotel phone.
Once you have activated AnyDevice, all calls you make using the Client are set up via the company. For this you first receive a call on the desired phone. When you have accepted the call, the connection to the call partner is established.
You can now control the call flexibly via the Client, e.g. adding a colleague and setting up a conference call. Your call partner is always shown your office number (One Number function) – and the telephone costs are automatically billed through the company.
