Screen-Sharing

You can share your own screen with a maximum of 25 XPhone Connect users (Desktop Client) at a resolution of 1080p.
If you are on a VPN, the number of possible viewers can decrease drastically.

Web-Meeting

The maximum number of participants depends on the available upload bandwidth, CPU and memory.
Meeting all requirements (see Documentation), results in the maximum number of participants.

Recommended maximum resolution of the presenter: Full HD 1080p (1920 x 1080 pixels). The following information assumes Full HD resolution of the presenter.

The prerequisite for screen sharing is the Windows feature Desktop Display. In Windows Server versions 2012/2012 R2/2016/2019, this feature is automatically enabled when the installation wizard is run.
