A new micro release is available for download. As of this release XPhone Connect runs on Windows 11 and Windows Server 2022.
Since the groundbreaking ceremony in August, a lot has happened on the construction site of the new C4B headquarters on Augsburger Straße in Germering.
UC manufacturer C4B bridges the gap between communication and CRM for its customers. Six new dashboards are now available for Salesforce Lightning. When a call comes in, key Salesforce data is displayed via dashboard. In addition, actions can be started in the CRM system directly from the XPhone client, with the caller's data transferred automatically.
Our latest micro release contains not only numerous optimisations, but also increased compatibility, as our mobile app now supports Android 12 and iOS 15.
Last year, the bottleneck for home offices was the shortage of headsets and laptops. Today, most companies have the hardware problem under control. But even in a more intimate setting, champagne, sunshine and the view of the "roof terrace-to-be" put us in a radiant mood 😃
Spades and diggers instead of bits and bytes: instead of a new software release, UC specialist C4B Com For Business AG is building its first office complex. The location remains Germering in the west of Munich. But apart from that, a lot is set to change with the move at the end of 2022...
