For example, screen sharing: If an employee in Cologne wants to share his screen with a colleague in Berlin, a single click is all it takes. Conferences can be set up just as fast – completely without complicated dial-in numbers or PINs.
To make internal coordination even easier, the Team-Panel provides the perfect overview of the availability of colleagues – including the ACD status of colleagues in all call states. Calls can be transferred or chats can be started in a matter of seconds via the panel.
GLS uses the integrated fax server to process service faxes electronically.
In addition, the logistics specialist benefits from AnyDevice: Any telephone can be controlled via AnyDevice with the Connect client. This means that employees can always be reached at one number, regardless of their actual workplace. In addition, employees can dial into the group call (ACD) using various extensions.
