Allocating data fields
Allocating data fields

XPhone Essentials for Microsoft Lync includes default diagrams for allocating the fields of frequently used data sources and client interfaces. And if this is not enough, you can simply allocate the data base fields by drag & drop. Entirely without previous programming knowledge. Individual data can be linked with user-defined fields.

Simply via drag & drop
Tailored to your needs
Tailored to your needs

You can allocate one or more fields from the data source to a field in the XPhone Virtual Directory. For example, you can allocate the Form of address, First name and Last name fields to the Display name field. Or create a combined phone number field from separate phone number fields with country code, area code and business number. Sharing data base fields helps when postal codes and places are summarised in your source data base, for example. For professionals by professionals: you can even execute your own .NET Skript code for particular modifications to data base fields.
