With XPhone, users can start direct phone calls both from the XPhone Windows and from the web client. With incoming calls, the system displays who is calling – even with calls that need connecting, Variosystems staff can see who should be put through before the call is accepted.
At the same time, the solution displays the presence status of the staff. If, for instance, the status changes to "present", the member of staff is automatically added to a call group. This means that calls will never again go unanswered.
