Why would you even pick up the reciever, if you can control and manage calls conveniently with your computer? Every call can be accepted, rejected or forwarded via mouseclick. Thanks to the presence management and Team-Panel, you can see which co-worker is able to take on a call at a glance.
Also more than helpful is the telephone book-integration, through which all callers are accurately identified. And even if you missed a call, you can see in the journal who wanted to reach you, and you are able to – again with just one click – start a callback.
But not only our service quality increased because of XPhone. Also our internal cooperation made a great leap forward, for instance because of screen-sharing.
By now, we have been using XPhone for more than 3 years and we are completely satisfied. That is why we decided to upgrade to XPhone Connect and we are looking forward to new features like the business intelligence-module Analytics, which we want to use to increase our accessibility even more."
