In order to make its sales activities even more efficient, Salesforce was to be directly connected to its communications infrastructure.
The challenge: As soon as the new telephone system had been installed, the decisive interface was disconnected by the manufacturer. However, the financial specialist refused to let the unfortunate timing put him off – and instead bridged the gap between IT and TC with XPhone Unified Communications.
Today, all callers are identified by the direct connection to the Salesforce API. Salesforce records on contact and company can be opened at a click directly in the client so that the department has all the relevant information on the caller available in a second.
