That XPhone solutions provide valuable support here is confirmed by the example of the Basellandschaftliche Kantonalbank (BLKB), which uses high-performance telephony and presence functions to ensure smooth communications processes both internally and externally.

More than 700 members of staff in 18 locations have been given UC functions in order to expedite phone calls and reduce the response times for customer queries.
