C4B CeBIT 2014

Munich-based software manufacturer C4B Com For Business AG is back with its own stand at this year's CeBIT taking place in Hanover from 10 to 14 March 2014. The company will be exhibiting at Stand D 37 in Hall 13. Apart from its Unified Communications platform extending beyond telco manufacturers, special UC solution modules will also be presented for Cisco and Microsoft Lync. This year's stand will focus on application and process integration for optimising communication processes. Using practical examples, including SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics, the manufacturer will be demonstrating how everyday work processes can be improved in companies by linking communication channels, contact data and business applications.

Contact data integration with XPhone Virtual Directory

Contact data forms the basis for efficient communication with customers, partners or suppliers but is often stored in a wide variety of solutions distributed across various applications, databases or in the cloud. XPhone Virtual Directory enables all of this contact data to be used for communication via office phones, mobiles and PCs, regardless of whether companies rely on the UC solution offered by C4B or solutions distributed by other manufacturers such as Microsoft, Cisco, Alcatel-Lucent or Unify. Apart from contacts in Microsoft Outlook and Lotus Notes, contact data from company applications such as SAP, Microsoft CRM/NAV or many other CRM and ERP systems can also be integrated in communication. This also makes it possible to integrate contacts from conventional databases (e.g. ODBC, MySQL or SQL) and cloud services such as "Das Telefonbuch Deutschland" or "Google Apps for Business".

Business process optimisation with XPhone Unified Communications

Business processes can only be optimised to offer users real added value when communication via telephone, fax, mobile, voicemail etc. is integrated in everyday workflows and therefore in the respective applications. Using XPhone Unified Communications, communication can be linked directly to a variety of company applications enabling the design of integrated workflows and processes. Using practical examples featuring a variety of software applications such as SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM/NAV, DATEV pro etc., C4B will demonstrate how communication and work processes can be designed enabling Unified Communications to reveal its full potential. As a platform-independent software manufacturer, C4B offers tested and certified solutions for a variety of IT and telco systems by renowned manufacturers including Aastra, Avaya, Alcatel-Lucent, Cisco, Microsoft Lync, Unify and many more. Thanks to open interfaces for IT and telco environments, the solutions can be used across all manufacturers, platforms and locations.
