The patch release contains various improvements around the setup and management of Outlook meetings.
Among other things, an error in the Outlook serial appointments has been fixed: These work stable again with the patch.
In the hotline management TeamDesk, it is now possible to define globally how many calls a team member may miss before being automatically logged off. You can define the desired value via the MaxMissedCalls parameter in the advanced settings.
Furthermore, calls are no longer counted for automatic logoff if the caller hangs up while the phone is ringing.
