Contact data integration put to the test: after extensive tests within the "ISV Lync Qualification" framework, Microsoft has qualified XPhone Essentials as Lync-compatible. XPhone Essentials is therefore the world's first Lync extension for data integration that has been classified accordingly by Microsoft. As a qualified solution, XPhone is listed from now on in the "Microsoft Solution Catalog".
C4B Com For Business AG has a particular highlight in store for visitors to its stand at this year's CeBIT: the communication specialist is presenting its latest UC generation – XPhone Connect – to the public for the first time. The list of innovations is long: apart from the business intelligence module “Analytics” and its own conference server, the solution featuring “AnyDevice” offers full CTI convenience for any end device. XPhone Connect will go on sale in spring 2015.
In an exclusive preview, C4B Com For Business presented the latest generation of its Unified Communications XPhone™ solution at the BMW World in Munich: XPhone Connect. With XPhone Connect, C4B relies on a clearly user-oriented solution. All channels, contacts and the entire communication history are available to users in bundled form – on the PC or mobile via smartphone. The new solution will go on sale in spring 2015. The UC specialist is also starting a new software update service in the form of "XPhone Up2Date": with immediate effect, customers can secure rights to the use of all updates and upgrades for up to three years.
In the beginning was the telephone: when the Munich start-up C4B Com For Business entered the market with its CTI tool XPhone™ in 1999, telephony integration was still in its infancy. Since then the demands on an innovative communications solution have grown year after year: from groupware integration through the connection of fax, voicemail and SMS to presence management, collaboration and mobile clients. The next step? Seamless integration: IT and communications are one.
Modern ICT infrastructures rely on almost exclusively IP-based communication which is often coded using SSL/TLS encryption via the OpenSSL library. As a leading supplier of Unified Communications software, C4B attaches great importance to security, consistently using modern encryption technologies and subjecting all of its products to intensive testing.
This year, software manufacturer C4B is focusing on the application integration and potentials offered by Unified Communications solutions.
