Why don't I have CTI or presence functions in the Team Panel?


If you want to dial another team member by clicking on the corresponding team button, the dialing is not executed. Likewise, it is not possible to pick up a call from another team member.

The prerequisite for dialing or call pickup as well as the configuration of the presence management via the team panel is that the own team key must be displayed in the team bar.

To add your own team key, right-click on the team bar and go to SETTINGS. Then find your own key in the TEAM KEYS tab and drag and drop it onto the team bar.

If changes or new settings were made in the WORK GROUPS area for teams on the XPhone server shortly beforehand, note that the Team Panel must be closed and restarted. Server-side changes are only transferred to the Team Client after approx. two minutes.
