When trying to listen to a voicemail through the voicemail player, the client hangs.
The XPhone Connect Server machine may have more than one IP address in some environments.
This can cause the voicemail player service to bind to the wrong IP address during automatic configuration.
DNS configurations can also have an impact on this.
Navigate to the XPhone Connect Server administration interface to UM > Voicemail > General
Change the IP address from "Automatic" to "Manual" and enter the main IP address and the associated port of the XPhone Connect server.
