The MWI signaling (mailbox lamp) on the terminal device is not activated


No MWI signaling is activated for new voicemail. You are using an Eicon or Dialogic Diva Server ISDN card.

Check the following settings:
* Make sure that in XPhone UC Server under SETTINGS -> UM -> MWI the item "CAPI Suppl. Services" is set.
* Check in the voicemail message template that the MWI function is activated.
* Use at least the driver version Eicon CAPI 8.3. Older versions have known problems with this feature.
