Why are empty entries created in the call journal when lines are busy?

 
 

If you dial a subscriber who is busy, a journal entry is created in the call journal of the XPhone Client without any further information. The call number, time, etc. are missing.

The PBX system is connected to the XPhone Server via a TAPI service provider.


  • Please go to XPhone Server under CTI -> PBX -> FESTNETZ and open the properties of the created TAPI-PBX.
  • Open the area "Parameter sets for lines (advanced settings)" and click on EDIT if the entry "Standard" is marked.
  • Now open "Advanced settings" and click on ADD. Now enter manually TAPIEventOnCallInfoAfterOnCallStatus and enter at value 98304.
  • Accept/save the setting until you are back in the list of PBX nodes.


Now the parameter is applied to all lines belonging to this PBX node.
