Why are the call forwardings not displayed after some time?

 
 

The PBX node "Alcatel OmniPCX-Enterprise (CSTA)" was created in the XPhone Server. Set call forwarding is no longer displayed in the Team Panel after some time.


Open the properties of the Alcatel PBX node in XPhone Server. Add a new parameter at "Advanced Settings":

Name: QueryDeviceStateTimeout

Value: 100000

Save the setting until you are back in the list of PBX nodes.


The parameter QueryDeviceStateTimeout is the time in which the XPhone Server sends all queries via CSTA to check the states of the lines. If this is not possible in the default time of 40000 ms, we cannot map the redirection state.
