Why is the "New Meeting" button not visible in Outlook, but is displayed in the XPhone Connect Client?

 
 

To enable authorised users to create a meeting via Outlook, the e-mail address of the user must be stored in the XPhone Connect Server.

In the XPhone Connect administration interface, navigate to User Administration > [Location] > [Configuration Group] and make sure that an e-mail address is entered for the users.
