How can a dashboard be displayed if no contact information can be obtained?


The XPhone Connect client only searches in the default for dashboards if an identified contact exists. In some cases, it may be necessary to display a dashboard even if no contact data has been found.  This could be possible if only the phone number of a call is to be transferred to a business application.

This mode is set via an advanced setting in the configuration group of the regarding users (Server Administration: User Administration > <Location/Configuration Group> > Connect Client > Advanced Settings): 

Add a new parameter there:

Name: Dashboard.ForceEmptySearch

Value: true
