How can I switch off the internal/external differentiation for calls in the Connect Client?

 
 

Question:

For internal calls, the text "(internal)" is displayed in the presence status in the XPhone Connect Client. How can I switch off this distinction?


Solution:

In the XPhone Connect administration interface, navigate to your location or configuration group for whose user this setting is to be configured.

Open the [Connect Client] settings of the site/configuration group.

Click Add... at the very bottom of "Advanced settings". and enter the parameter ContactTeamInfo.NoInternalMark with value 1 by manual input, accept the value and save the [Connect Client] settings.
