Question:
For internal calls, the XPhone Connect Client displays the status "(internal)". How can I deactivate this differentiation?
Solution:
In the XPhone Connect administration interface, navigate to the location or configuration group for whose user this setting is to be configured.
Open the [Connect Client] settings of the location/configuration group.
Click at the bottom under "Advanced Settings" on Add... and manually enter the parameter ContactTeamInfo.NoInternalMark with value 1, confirm the value and save the [Connect Client] settings.
Prerequisite:
XPhone Connect Version 7.0.95 (server and client) and higher versions.
