Problem:
In the toast, the name of the TeamDesk group is displayed instead of the number of the caller. Thus, the callers cannot be identified.
Solution:
Open the administration interface and navigate to Telephony > Gateways > SIP and then to the configuration of the SIP gateway where the hotline is configured.
Then click on the Advanced Settings tab and add the following parameter:
XccQueueNumberAsFromHeaderForCTI
Value: FALSE
(Be sure to note that this is case sensitive).
Important: XPhone Connect Server version 8.0.46 and Client version 8.0.46 or newer are required.
