XPhone Connect Smart


1 - XCC = XPhone Call Controller; tested w/ Version v7 R2
2 - CTI licensing for connection via CSTA 4000: Licensing through licence package including 100 lines or unlimited lines
3 - The CAP server is able to handle installations with multiple PBX.
4 - CTI licensing for connection via CAP server: One "CAP Standard" (CAP-S) or CAP partner licence is required for each line.
5 - ACD status of users can be set and displayed (requires CAP-A licences)
6 - Requires connection between system phone and PC via serial interface (optPoint), USB (openStage) or LAN (openStage)
7 - Installation on server and client required. A pure Windows domain is not necessary.
8 -C4B strongly recommends the use of http provider (e.g. Mesmo)
