XPhone Connect can not only be deployed as a stand-alone-solution. Thanks to the modularity and interoperability of the platform, XPhone Connect can also be deployed to enhance 3rd party solutions such as Cisco Jabber and Cisco IP Phones.
Contact data is the very foundation of any communication. However, most data is dispersed throughout the organisation and among various databases. With XPhone Connect you can access all your contact information directly in your Cisco Jabber client by means of a flexible free-text search while incoming callers are reliably identified.
Almost any business accumulates a plethora of contact data over the years. The drawback: this data is stored in various databases, applications as well as ERP- and CRM-systems or is altogether stored in the cloud. With XPhone Connect you can link virtually any data source to your Cisco Jabber client or Cisco IP-Phone. The data is moreover used for caller identification: any incoming caller, whose information is stored in one of the connected databases, is reliably identified before the call is even answered.
Whether you are searching for a name, company or telephone number: with XPhone Connect you can search all connected databases by means of a flexible free-text search directly in your Jabber client. Thanks to the powerful search index you get your search results in a split second. And best of all: these features are not only available in your Windows client, but also in the mobile app and Cisco IP Phones. Not enough data already? Then you may want to link directory services like public telephone books to your Jabber client.
No programming skills required: frequently used data sources (Microsoft Dynamics, Outlook, IBM Notes, etc.) are preconfigured. Via drag and drop all other sources are added and data fields matched. The permission structure can be derived directly from Active Directory user and security groups. Like this, all features are instantly available in the users´ Jabber client without the need for additional local installations.
